I spotted this landing as being a potential safety risk whilst visiting my customer for another job. It gets regular use in the mornings as a great spot to have coffee with the paper.
I have replaced it like-for-like, although, as ever, I’ve tried to do a better job than the previous one.
All new marine ply and more appropriate fixings, with a yacht varnish to help it look nicer for longer.
