The paint on these walls is flaking off, there are a few layers so taking it all off would be time consuming and messy, I suggested we cover the wall in a breathable membrane and slats/battens to replicate another part of the garden and to allow the walls to dry out and breath properly. The customer can also paint and hang baskets as they have elsewhere.
