I fitted side windows in my last van so I got recommended as someone who could do it again! This VW transported needed side windows on the off-side, one in the tailgate, one in the rear quarter of the near-side and one in the near-side sliding door.
You can see I used a lot of plastic film to protect the existing paintwork from the cutting process, once the holes are cut I hammered on the rubber edging to protect from the sharp edges and set the depth of the glass, then the bodywork was primed and the adhesive applied, the windows were pressed on and taped in place while the adhesive set.
