For this project I had an old base where I think a shed had previously been, I dug down to find it had a good depth of compacted hardcore, I then sealed and leveled it over with concrete to ensure an ideal surface to pave over. The client had the paving left over from another area and paths. The paving was cemented on in a pattern to ensure ease of drainage, was then pointed in with some other repairs across the property including the cap stones around the pond.
