A nice simple job, but one that led onto a few others at the same property.
The old lamp was changed for a new unit with a Philips Hue bulb so the colour, lumen and timing can be managed remotely via the customers phone and other devices like Alexa.
I also changed a bedroom light for a simple white pendant and shade, changed the kitchen’s strip light for a rail of 4 lights with more ‘Hue’ led bulbs, screwed a loose light pendant back neatly and cleaned out the gutters where old building cement and render had caused blockages.
I also found some potential leaks in some leadwork while cleaning the gutters, I may return soon to address those before they become serious.
